Jan. 31 is deadline for nominations
The YMCA-YWCA is again seeking nominations here for the 14th annual Women of Distinction awards.
There are eight categories for consideration: arts and culture; business; labour; the professions and entrepreneurs; education and training; science and technology; voluntary community service; wellness and health; lifetime achievement; and young woman of distinction.
The awards celebration will be held at the River Run Centre on May 7.
Nomination forms are available at the Guelph Ys or online at www.guelphy.org.
The deadline for nominations is Jan. 31.
