Jams, jellies ‘with a twist’ at Centre Wellington 4-H Club

CENTRE WELLINGTON – In May, we started a “Jams and Jellies Club With a Twist” at the Centre Wellington 4-H Club.
We elected our officers and voted to name our club Centre Wellington Jumping Jellies.
The “with a twist” is using non-traditional ingredients in our jams and jellies.
We will be selling some of our jams and jellies at the Ennotville library potluck corn roast on Aug. 16 at 6pm.
We can’t wait to tell you more after we make the recipes in our books.
