Intersection to be closed for girder installation
ELORA - The intersection of Metcalfe and East/West Mill Street here will be closed later this month due to the Badley Bridge replacement project.
Installation of the north girders for the new bridge is set for Aug. 24 to 26.
“In order to install the girders, the crane will need to be situated on the north end of the bridge, and will require the closure of the intersection,” states Wellington County construction manager Joe de Koning in a press release.
