Input welcomed on Vital Signs report
CENTRE WELLINGTON - Centre Wellington residents have until June 30 to provide the Centre Wellington Community Foundation (CWCF) with input on the Vital Signs 2019 community report.
All community members are invited to participate in a short community survey to gather local data and stories for the report. Residents can complete the online survey at www.cwcfoundation.ca.
Those who prefer to fill in the survey by phone can call the Community Resource Centre at 519-843-7000, press 0 to leave a message and someone will call back.
The Vital Signs 2019 report will be released in the first week of October.
