Horticultural Society tour on July 11
The Guelph Horticultural Society is having its annual garden tour on July 11 from 1 to 5:30pm.
It is a self directed tour of seven small, medium, and large gardens, and will show off beautiful plants, flowers, trees, and vegetable gardens.
All gardens are unique. The owners are available to the public to answer any questions and to give helpful gardening tips.
Once again the organizers are partnering with the Guelph Creative Arts Association to place selected art works in the gardens. Purchases may be made from the artists.
Refreshments and music will be provided at one of the gardens.
Tickets may be purchased at various nurseries and flower shops or at the gardens on the tour date. Tickets are $10. See www.guelphhort.org for the locations.
