Horrigan, Gary Joseph; Peacefully at Louise Marshall Hospital, Mt. Forest, on Tuesday, November 04, 2008, in his 55th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Ruth Anne Horrigan of Arthur. Dear dad of Michelle (William), Bryan, Julie (Greg), Catherine and Jennifer. Loving son of Ray & Theresa Horrigan & son-in-law of Elmer and Bessie McDougall all of Mt. Forest. Much cherished brother of Carl Horrigan of Stratford, Dave (Pauline) Horrigan of Guelph and Pat (Diane) Horrigan of Mt. Forest. Lovingly remembered by his sisters-in-law Marlene (Bernie) Roefs of Mt. Forest, Lynn McDougall and Lois (Todd) Stahley all of Kitchener and brother-in-law Paul McDougall of Mt. Forest. Sadly missed by nieces and nephews Crystal & Joe Horrigan, Nicholas, Keith & Michael Horrigan, Steven & Micheal Roefs, Ryan & Kyle Stahley and Alyssa & Ian McDougall. Predeceased by nephew Brendan Horrigan (1992). The family received friends at the Crawford Funeral Home, 243 George St., Arthur, on Wednesday, November 05, 2008 from 6-9pm and on Thursday, November 06, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Parish prayers were said in the funeral home on Thursday evening at 6:30pm. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Friday, November 07, 2008 at 10:30am from St. John R.C. Church, Arthur. Interment St. John Cemetery, Arthur, followed. Remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
