Hopkins, Helen Margaret; Peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Arthur on Sunday, March 8, 2009 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Edward Hopkins (1990). Dear sister of Eileen Schmidt of Arthur and Catherine French and her husband Reg of Ballinafad. Survived by sisters-in-law Annie Tone and Mary Le Frence. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Frank, Edwin (Ollie), Basil (Helen) and Cyril Tone and brother-in-law Nick Schmidt. The family  received friends at the Crawford Funeral Home 243 George St., Arthur on Monday, March 9, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Parish prayers were said on Monday afternoon at 1:45pm in the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial was held from St. John R.C. Church, Arthur on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at 11am. Father Edward Hinsperger celebrant. Spring interment St. John Cemetery, Arthur. Remembrances to a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
