Hoing, Michael “Mike”; With family and friends by his side after a courageous battle with cancer, on Friday, January 16, 2009, Michael “Mike” Hoing of London, in his 45th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Brenda Hoing. Loving father of Amanda and Andrew. Loving Papa of Dawson and Devin. Cherished son of Wilfried and Florence Hoing and son-in-law of Walter and Frances Shepherd. Dear brother of David (Sandra) Hoing. Visitation was held on Tuesday from 7-9pm at the Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service was conducted on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at 1pm. Cremation to follow. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Mike are asked to consider the London Health Sciences Foundation-Cancer Centre.
