It’s all about the team. Eight members and friends of an overage hockey team that lost a championship game many years ago unite to try again in Short Handed, a play directed by Jim Monaghan of the Elora Community Theatre. The show was on stage at the Fergus Grand Theatre on May 5 and continues the weekend of May 10, 11 and 12. The eight players remembered some good times in the past and reflected on their future through some funny locker room talk. The “family” of misfits went through three periods of play and finally came together in the end as a “family” again.  Photo by Bill Longshaw
