“It’s a great opportunity to bring families to downtown Fergus to celebrate Easter and the long-awaited arrival of spring,” said Jackie Fraser, Fergus BIA Chair.
“You can do Easter crafts, gather Easter treats, or enter draws for Easter gifts throughout downtown Fergus. Participating businesses can be identified by the Easter balloons outside their doors.”
The Easter Bunny will be hopping downtown to distribute Easter treats to lucky kids with baskets who find her. She will be available for photos from 11 till 12:30pm at The Fergus General Store so be sure to bring your camera.
The ‘Lil’ Flea Market and Collectibles will be raffling off “Hippity” an adorable stuffed Easter bunny. The Fergus Scottish Corner Shop will have a draw for an authentic Scottish Easter egg.
