The event will feature two alternating stages and a unique seating layout that allows all reserved seats access to the general admission floor area, based on capacity.
Hillside Inside will have a craft and community booth area, plus Hillside Inside and Hillside Festival merchandise will be for sale.  Food options include Hillside type vendors, plus Sleeman Centre concessions. Free potable water will be available for patrons; so attendees are encouraged to bring their own drinking bottles.

There is also a limited number of $39.95 (GST included) discounted tickets for seniors over  65 and kids aged 6 to 12, available only at the Hillside office.
Organizers received support for Hillside Inside from the Ministry of Tourism’s Celebrate Ontario Program, and from The Ontario Trillium Foundation. The Ontario Trillium Foundation is an agency of the government of Ontario.
The Hillside Festival organization is a not-for-profit group that produces the annual Hillside Summer Festival which is a three-day, community-based celebration of music, drumming, and the spoken word and is held annually at Guelph Lake Conservation Area.  The 25th Hillside Festival will take place in July.
