HILL, Robert Rowland

HILL, Robert Rowland went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at the age 91 after suffering a heart attack on April 22. The family was blessed with the opportunity to visit with him and share memories and prayer together. Robert (Bert) was predeceased by siblings Herb, Leona, Hazel, Julia, James, Elmer and Arden, and is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mary Elizabeth [Schrock] Hill. Bert and Mary have three sons (Stephen, David and Arthur), ten grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren. Visitation was at Royal City Church, 50 Quebec Street, Guelph, on Wed May 13 at 6 p.m., followed by a celebration of life service at 7:30 p.m., and a reception at 8:30 p.m.  Interment of ashes will take place at Mindemoya Cemetery, July 11 at 3:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service and reception 4:00 p.m. at Mindemoya Missionary Church, 51 Yonge St, Mindemoya, ON, P0P 1S0.  Memorial gifts may be directed to The Life Centre. www.rcclc.ca, 50 Quebec St, Guelph, ON N1H 2T4, Phone: (519) 837-3777. www.grahamgiddyfh.com   519 843 3100
