WELLINGTON COUNTY – Residents of Highland Manor presented a cheque for $500 to the SMART Exercise program Nov. 7. The program, which facilitates weekly exercise classes for older adults throughout Wellington County, celebrated its 30th anniversary on Oct. 17.
