HAYES, Janet, 1943-2016, Passed away suddenly at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kitchener on Monday August 22nd at age 73. Predeceased by her husband Leonard in 2002. Beloved mother of Steve (Deby), Sharon (Klaus) and Linda (John), proud grandmother of Michelle (Trent), Brittany (David), Ben (Melissa), Jeff, Kristin and Sarah. Great grandmother of Gabriel and Jackson. She will be missed by her sister Lorraine and her brother Reg. Janet was a long time employee at Little Folks Furniture. She will be missed by her friends at Thursday night legion bingo. Visitation for Janet will be held at The Graham Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street South Fergus, from 12-2pm on Friday August 26th followed by a funeral at 2pm that same day. A reception to follow at the Elora Legion immediately after the burial.
