HARPER, Herbert Charles - Of Guelph, passed away at his home on Friday, December 15, 2017, at the age of 91. Dear brother of Irene Osburn (late Ronald) and brother-in-law of Edna Harper (late Bernie), cousin of Mary Small (late Don). Predeceased by brothers Stan, Ross, Fred, Bernie and sisters-in-law Dorothy, Marion, Jean and parents Albert and Gertrude Harper. Herbert will be missed by nieces and nephews Barb (Ralph), Beth (Rick), Helen (James), Russell (Susan), Gail (late John), Bob, Gord (Sherry), Wayne (Judith), Brian (Linda), Janice (Dave), Cheryl (late Paul), Howard (Vicki), Steve (Karen), Donna (Dick) as well as great nieces and nephews. Long distance friend to Joanne (SC). At Herbert’s request, cremation has taken place and no service will be held.
