Harper, Arthur “Ossie”; At his home in Fergus on October 25th, 2013, at the age of 72. Loving and devoted husband to Ellen for 54 years. Will always be remembered by his children Jo-Anne (Dan) Morden of Fergus and Mike (Mary) Harper of Harrow. Special Grandpa to Tyler and Joel Morden, and Derek, Brock, Christine and Sara Harper. Remembered by his sister June (Roy) Bennett of Brantford and sister-in-law Walterene (John) Nelson of Owen Sound. Ossie is predeceased by his mother Alma Harper and his brothers Bob and Al. The family received their friends at the GRAHAM A. GIDDY FUNERAL HOME, 280 ST. DAVID ST. S. FERGUS, Monday, October 28th, 2013 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm, Legion Service took place at 6:45 pm. A funeral service was held in the Funeral Home chapel on Tuesday, October 29th, 2013 at 11:00 am.
