Halman, Robert Alexander, “Alex” of Palmerston passed away peacefully at the Palmerston and District Hospital on Thursday, February 28, 2013 in his 67th year. Brother of Lester and Arlene Halman of Fergus and Carole and Barry Watson of Nassau Bahamas. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Hanora (Phee) Halman. Alex was an artist, a gentleman and a gentle man, loving life, laughter and respecting all people. He will be greatly missed. To honour Alex’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A gathering of family and friends to share memories and stories will be held at the Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston on Sunday, March 24, 2013 from 2 to 4 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Palmerston Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
