Halloween challenge

Halloween challenge - The scarecrows are starting to pop up throughout Centre Wellington for the Walk and Gawk Scarecrow Tour and Challenge. The contest is open to residents in Centre Wellington. Each household and business can submit one entry. The scarecrows must be handmade and not commercially purchased. They must be visible and must already be placed out and remain in their position until Oct. 31. Anyone taking the tour by car or walking is invited to vote on the best scarecrow.
