Ioan, who works in the trucking industry, said he plays the lottery as part of his regular routine. “I play for fun – I wasn’t expecting to win big,” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to claim his winnings. “This feels like it was meant to be!” The 56-year-old described winning as both exciting and overwhelming. He looks forward to putting his prize toward fixing up a classic car and helping out his family. The winning ticket was purchased at Circle K on Paisley Road in Guelph.
