Guelph OLG winner
GUELPH – Liang Chen of Guelph matched the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in the exact order in the Feb. 14 LOTTO 6/49 draw to win $100,000. Chen said he was confused when he first checked his ticket at the store and discovered he was a big winner. He plans to put his windfall toward purchasing plane tickets to go home and visit his family. The winning ticket was purchased at Fill Store Convenience on Victoria Road in Guelph.
