Guelph Lotto Max winner
GUELPH – Saying “yes” to Encore paid off for Bisrat Yemane of Guelph. He matched the last six of seven Encore numbers in exact order in the July 26 Lotto Max draw to win $100,000. Yemane, a machine operator, said he couldn’t believe that he won and kept scanning his ticket to be sure. The 24-year-old hopes to buy a car and invest the rest. The winning ticket was purchased at Pioneer/Snack Express on Wellington Street in Guelph.
