Guelph/Eramosa council paid $163,000 in 2025
Each councillor paid $29,000 plus expenses; mayor made $47,000
BRUCEDALE – Guelph/Eramosa council took home just shy of $163,000 in 2025.
A remuneration report – a public document annually required by the Ontario Municipal Act – was shared with council on March 9.
Mayor Chris White made $46,983 with $2,815 in expenses. He spent $792 on mileage and travel costs as well as $2,023 on conference meals and parking.
Councillors Corey Woods, Mark Bouwmeester, Bruce Dickieson and Steven Liebig made $28,964 each.
Woods had a total of $7,169 in expenses, including $1,775 for mileage/travel and $5,393 for conferences.
Bouwmeester had $4,931 in expenses, including $745 on mileage/travel and $4,185 on conferences.
Liebig spent $6,608, including $5,635 on conferences and $972 on mileage/travel.
Dickieson did not have any expenses recorded.
