Guelph-Eramosa candidate withdraws
The list of candidates running in this fall’s municipal election in Guelph-Eramosa has changed after Steven Liebig withdrew from the race in Ward 3.
A lone candidate, J. Robbin Wood, remains in the Ward 3 race set for the Oct. 27 election.
Mayor Chris White is seeking re-election to the township’s top political post.
Also seeking re-election are Ward 1 councillor David Wolk, Ward 2 councillor Corey Woods and Ward 4 councillor John Scott.
Ward 7 county councillor Don McKay is also seeking re-election.
Current township councillor Doug Breen is seeking the Ward 8 county council seat now held by Gord Tosh.
