Guelph author, homeopath offering community talk
Author and homeopath Heather Caruso, of Guelph, is hosting a community event to educate the public on the many health benefits of keeping the digestive system in top shape.
Caruso is the author of Your Drug Free Guide to Digestive Health, A Handbook of Homeopathic, Dietary and Other Natural Treatments for Common Digestive Disorders.
Her health workshop, to be held on March 28, will cover the following:
- how to eat well to enhance health and longevity;
- useful supplements for promoting immunity through the digestive tract; and
- preventing common diseases through natural remedies and diet.
The event will be held from 10 to 11:30am at the Ann Street Family Chiropractic building at 595 Woolwich Street in Guelph. Space is limited to 10 people - call ahead to ensure a spot.
