There were 14 applicants for the annual Groves Hospital Volunteer Association bursaries this year, and three were selected,.
All three successful candidates attended Centre Wellington District High School.
The association announced the recipients of the GHVA bursaries worth $2,000, to be paid in equal installments over the next two years.
The winners are:
– Sarah Gilchrist, attending McMaster University in medical radiation science;
– Saskia Knol, attending the University of Guelph in bio-medical science; and
– Jacob Van Vloten, at the University of Guelph in bio-medical Science.
