Grotenhuis, John Adolph. October 3, 1957 - March 21, 2013. John passed away on March 21, 2013 with his wife Shelley and children Lisa Unruh, John and Don by his side. John will be missed by his son-in-law Jared Unruh; grandkids Samantha, Travis and Bryce Unruh; his parents John and Willy, brothers Everett (Dorothy), Neil (Holly), sister Betty (Jeff) Bannerman, sister-in-law Carolyn; his nieces, nephews and all those whose lives he touched. John was predeceased by his brother William (also known as Bill) in 2006.  Meet Shelley and family from Abbotsford, BC and the Grotenhuis families of Harriston and area for a “Celebration of John’s life” at Knox Calvin Presbyterian Church, Harriston in the lower hall (elevator available), on Saturday, April 27, 2013 from 1 to 4 pm. A memorial service has taken place in Abbotsford, B.C.
