Groshaw, Eileen Margaret (Leany); At Hospice Wellington on May 7, 2012 at the age of 69 years. Beloved wife and best friend for 50 years of Frank Groshaw. Dear sister of Diane Armstrong (Ivan) of Arthur, Don Bard and Allan Bard (Sandra) all of Guelph. Loved sister in law and friend of Mabel Gordon (Mike). Loving aunt of Colleen Vanderstam (Peter), Brian Gordon (Shelley) all of Guelph, Deborah Alles of Elora, Laura Raftis (John) of Arthur, Heather Armstrong (Brad Matthews) of Fergus, Steven Bard of Guelph, Amy Van Ankum (George) of Alma, Aaron of Guelph and Karin Hughes (Brent) of Tillsonburg. Also survived by her great nieces and nephews Sarah, Paul, Michael, Bradley, Kayla, Erich, Luke, Ryan, Shawn, Philip, Kristina, Rachel, Robyn, Renee and Shawn. Predeceased by her niece Michelle Armstrong in 1970 and her mother Muriel Bard in 1989. Eileen was a longtime employee of the University of Guelph McLaughlin Library and a member of Lupus Ontario. Private family Interment Bethseda Cemetery, Moorefield. A celebration of her life will be held at the Elora Road Christian Fellowship (#5696 County Rd. 7) on Saturday, May 12th at 11:00am with reception to follow. Memorial contributions to the Guelph Humane Society or Guelph Wish Fund for Children would be appreciated.
