GRCA launches 'historic' photo contest

The Grand River Conservation Authority is launching its second photo contest starting on Jan. 6 and ending Oct. 31.

This edition of the contest will have an historic twist to recognize that 2014 is the 20th anniversary of the designation of the Grand River and its tributaries as Canadian Heritage Rivers.
