Grand Theatre plans celebration
Fergus Grand Theatre is celebrating its 85th birthday on Aug. 28 by showing the movie that started it all.
The Student Prince, a silent movie, made in 1928 will return to the screen in glorious black and white with an orchestral soundtrack.
Tickets for the event will be at 1928 prices: adults 50 cents, children 25 cents and anyone who can prove they were born in 1928 will be admitted free.
Birthday cupcakes and drinks will be served.
