Grain Farmers of Ontario appeal to be heard in March
Grain Farmers of Ontario’s (GFO) appeal on the dismissal of the case surrounding the Ontario government’s seed treatment regulations will be heard on March 9.
“We are pleased that the Ontario Court of Appeal has agreed to hear our case and to move quickly on the issue, with a date in March,” said Mark Brock, chair of GFO.
On March 9, the Ontario Court of Appeal will hear the appeal.
GFO also hopes to have the request for a stay on the regulations and interpretation of the regulations heard at that time.
