GORDON, John It is with profound sadness that his family announces the passing of a dear father, grandfather, brother, and uncle at Groves Memorial Hospital, in Fergus Ontario, on Monday, April 23rd, 2018. John is survived by his wife Maggie, his children; Shane (Judy), Michelle, Tammy (Wally), Eddy, Andy, Shannon (Mike), and Kim (Glenn). He is also survived by his grandchildren; Dylan, Alexis, Austin, Kiera, Jason, Ashleigh, Kyrstin, Chance, Raelyn, Jessey, Madison, Anthony, and Emily. Additionally, he is survived by his great grandchildren; Luna, Melody, Rowan, Chelsey, Konner, and Aubree. Furthermore, he is survived by his siblings; Bill (late Joyce), Kay (late Reg), Dennis (Naomi), Bill Post, Jackie (late James), Marjorie (late Dawson), Francis (Alanna), Margaret (Les), David (Diane), Kelly (Larry), as well as his sister-in-law Carol Buckland (Jim) and numerous nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by; his parents John and Irene Gordon, his sister Mary (late Bob), his brother Clarence (late Dale Brett), the mother of his children Audrey Post, and his brother-in-law Murray. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the charity of your choice. As per John’s wishes, a private service will be held. A celebration of John’s life will be held at a later date.
