Goose killer?

Police are asking for information that could help them identify the person(s) responsible for “deliberately” killing a Canada goose.

On May 12 Wellington County OPP received a call about a Canada goose that police say was “deliberately killed” at Centre 2000 in the village of Erin.

“A resident discovered the goose with three crushed eggs between the baseball diamond and the skateboard park,” police stated in a press release.

The Upper Credit Humane Society attended to assist with the investigation.
