GOODWIN, Grant: Passed away peacefully at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Marlene Shore for almost 63 years. Loving dad to Tim Goodwin (Dianah), Tracey Goodwin (John). Much loved Pa to Amanda Goodwin (Marc), Jonathan Goodwin and Great Pa to Kaleb. He will be deeply missed by his furry companion Angel. Dear brother of Velma, Marjorie, Shirley (Les), Leonard (Shirley). Predeceased by his parents and his siblings Muriel, Evelyn, Harold, Dorothy, Ralph, Robert (in infancy) and Mildred. Survived by his sisters-in-law Nancy and Helen and predeceased by his brothers-in law Dick and Ron. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. A memorial gathering will take place from 2- 4 p.m. on Friday, February 2, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Steet, Kitchener 519-749-8467 where a celebration of Grant’s life will take place at 3:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
