GUELPH – Police are investigating after two children were followed to school last Monday morning by a man who blew them kisses.
Guelph Police officials say a 13-year-old girl was walking on Alma Street North on Sept. 22 at about 8am when she was approached by a man on a bicycle who said she was pretty and began following her.
“The girl ignored him and continued walking until she met up with a younger friend,” police stated in a Sept. 23 press release. “The man continued following and at one point rode towards them while making an obscene gesture.”
The man is described as in his 20s with brown skin, wearing all black and speaking with an accent. He was last seen near Willow Road and Dawson Road.
