Garden tour winner awarded a crystal vase
MOUNT FOREST — On July 22, the Town and Country Garden Tour was held by the Mount Forest Horticultural Society.
This year’s attendees had the chance to vote for their favourite garden and Alanna Barrett was the winner.
Barrett is the owner of the old school house in Kenilworth.
The winning garden host was presented with an engraved crystal vase, which was donated by horticultural society members Greg and Margot Ford.
The Mount Forest Horticultural Society thanked all gardeners who participated in the tour for sharing their well-worked-on spaces, as well as every volunteer who made the event possible.
