Garage Sale for Shelter in Fergus
On May 7 Royal LePage RCR Realty, Brokerage in Fergus, along with Royal LePage offices across Canada, will be transformed into an oasis for bargain hunters as they join together to host the 8th Annual National Garage Sale for Shelter in support of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.
This annual event brings local residents together with Royal LePage Realtors to raise much-needed funds and awareness to help break the cycle of family violence. All funds raised at the garage sale will support local women’s shelter, Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis and the Rural Women’s Support Program.

The garage sale will take place on May 7 from 8am to 2pm at 840 Tower Street South, Fergus (Zehrs Plaza parking lot).
Since 2009, the national garage sale has raised more than $2.25 million dollars, one quarter and loonie at a time.
The community is encouraged to take part by donating gently used items to the office located at 840 Tower Street South in Fergus.
This year organizers say they will raise more money than ever before to help 30,000 women and children across Canada.
