GALBRAITH, Dori ~ Peacefully at Palmerston and District Hospital on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2016, at the age of 84. Doris Evelene (Stewart) Galbraith was predeceased by her husband Gordon Galbraith. Dear mom to Dale Galbraith, currently of Holguin, Cuba, and Wendy and Mike Doerr of Waterloo, and mother-in-law to Robin of Seguin. Fondly remembered as ‘Gramma’ to Bryant Galbraith and Sydney Galbraith, and as “Gramma Dori” to Natalie Doerr and Christopher Doerr. Lovingly remembered by her sister Ilene Tomlin of Harriston and family, and by her special friend Marion Shea of Harriston. She was predeceased by her brothers Glen and Harold Stewart, and her parents Martin and Irene (Holtom) Stewart. Friends called at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. where the funeral service was held on Monday, November 28th at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Harriston Cemetery.Memorial donations to Palmerston and District Hospital, Knox-Calvin Presbyterian Church, or The Grand River Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
