Fusion Atoms go on undefeated streak over past six games
The Atom A Fusion hockey team ended November with a streak. The team went undefeated through its past six games, battling through some close contests.
As the end of the regular season is closing in the team has been playing some great hockey, team officials state.
The streak started with a 5-2 win over Ancaster, followed by a 3-2 win versus New Hamburg, 3-0 victory over Brampton, a 3-0 shutout of Halton, an 8-3 win over Brampton and a tie against Caledon 1-1. Scoring through these games were (goals, assists): Eddie McDonald, 8, 12; Brinley Wilson 4, 4; Nolan Byrd 2, 1; Joe Columbus, 1, 0, Wyatt Marsland 2, 3; Peyton Woods, 3, 0; Denver Feltham, 1, 2; Jason Bottomley, 1, 1; Nathan Long, 0,1; Hailey Aitchison, 0,1.
Goalies Owen Bright and JD Shamaoun shared the net.
