Full lit sign offers special view
On Dec. 2, at 5pm the first full illumination of TransCanada Energy's new visual screen and Halton Hills sign structure located between the new natural gas-fired power plant and Highway 401.
Permanent illumination is scheduled for next spring.
Project location is on the east side of the 6th Line, south of Steeles Avenue.
The 25-foot-high and 521-foot long screen structure viewed from Highway 401will offer a visually dramatic impact when illuminated.
Guelph's KMA Contracting Inc. was selected by TransCanada Energy to build the project.
