French, Florence (nee Lankin); Born in Peel Township August 27, 1910. Peacefully at Eden Mills Nursing Home on Thursday, December 11, 2008 in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Jim. Loving mother of the late Allan and his wife Janet. Proud grandmother of Barbara Ann and her husband David Henneberry and Allan French and Jessica Demmons. Great grandmother of Dave, Janet, Jack, Kori and Jewelyca. Sister of the late Allan Lankin and Verna Church. Fondly remembered by Sharon, Brenda and Ted and their children. Missed by many other family members and friends. Mrs. French had rested at the THOMSON FUNERAL HOME 160 St. David Street North Fergus, Ontario 519-843-2380 on Sunday, December 14, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. A service to celebrate her life was held at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Alma on Monday, December 15, 2008 at 11am. Interment Belsyde Cemetery, Fergus. In memoriam donations may be made to St. Andrews Presbyterian Church or the Salvation Army.
