Martin Cooper Hair Company, Cherry Hill Entertainment and the Fergus Scottish Festival and Highland Games present The Water Horse, a family movie about a Scottish boy’s friendship with a special and rare creature.
The movie is scheduled to begin at dusk, approximately 9pm, following the downtown parade of Pipes, Plaid and Pageantry on Thursday, Aug. 11.
The free movie will be in the Stone Gable parking lot, 81 St. Andrew Street East in downtown Fergus.
Families are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
The 66th Fergus Scottish Festival and Highland Games will take place from Aug. 12 to 14 at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex in Fergus.
