ERIN – The East Wellington Family Health Team, based in Erin and Rockwood, has another round of virtual workshops slated for March.
Workshops run:
-March 11, 10 to 11am, Cooking Class;
-March 24, 7 to 8pm, Relaxation and Stress Management. This workshop runs once a week for six weeks; and
-March 25, 10 to 11am, Diabetes – Cold and Flu, What to do.
