Four-year-old boy dies in farm accident
WELLINGTON NORTH - A four-year-old boy is dead following a tragic farm accident here on Monday.
On June 24 at about 4pm, emergency crews responded a farm on Sideroad 5, south of Mount Forest, for a report of a tractor striking a child.
Wellington County OPP officer, Wellington North firefighters and Guelph Wellington paramedics found the child unresponsive.
The four-year-old boy was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the cause of the accident is under investigation and the identity of the boy was not immediately released.
