ELORA - The Fork in the Road Music Festival is an all-ages music festival fundraiser that is taking place in Elora on June 8.

The festival will put the spotlight on local mental health. Few people in Centre Wellington have been untouched by the tragedy of two dozen suicides in an 11-month period starting in October 2017.

The entire community grieves the loss of loved ones and friends, and will continue to grieve for many years to come.

This year’s festival will raise funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Centre Wellington and The Cody Shepperd Project, both working to support mental health initiatives for youth.

The festival will include:

Eight bands (Mixx Tape; Boo Radley Project; Shawn Connerys; Whoa Bucks; Nick Gush and Pam Davies; Ben and Carter; Avalon and Dom; and Glowan.;

Food sales;

Licensed sales;

Fireworks by BSU Fireworks;

Games, including a cornhole tournament by Red Brick Real Estate;
