Flying Dance Festival at Bissell Park July 18
ELORA - Take a flying leap at Bissell Park on July 18 ... or in this instance partake in the Elora segment of the 2015 Flying Dance Festival.
The free outdoor dance event for people of all ages.
Workshops, performances, social dancing, face painting, children’s activities, silent auction and more. Held in Bissell Park, Elora, festivities kick off at noon.
Generally held in Guelph, this is the first year Elora has been included as a venue.
The event runs from noon to 9pm.
Proposed schedule
Noon - Festival opens with music;
1pm - Zumba with Sarah Schleen;
1:30pm - Argentine Tango with Gino;
2:15pm - Carolina Shag with Diana L. Greenlay;
3pm - Flamenco with Ishra from Invoketress;
3:45pm - Belly Dancing with Valizan from Shades of Araby;
4:15pm - Casino Rueda with Min and Yurai
5:30pm - Performances
6pm - Social Dancing to Latin, Ballroom and Swing Music and opened to everyone
9-ish - FDFest Elora closes.
