FLETCHER, Lillian (nee Pinkney)
FLETCHER, Lillian (nee Pinkney). Passed away at Waters Edge Care Community (formerly Leisureworld), in North Bay on November 4th, 2015, three days shy of her 99th birthday. Predeceased by her husband, James; sons Robert and Ronald; and sisters Mabel and Margaret. Lovingly remembered by her daughter Joyce Simkins (Bill), daughter-in-law Nancy Fletcher, brother George Pinkney, 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren. Lillian was an avid ballplayer in her younger days and one of the best Blue Jays fans ever. She enjoyed her family, euchre, scrabble, quilting at the church and the many activities available in later years at both the retirement and nursing homes she resided in. A memorial service will be held in the spring at St. James Anglican Church, Fergus.
