Fisher, (nee ARMSTRONG), Marie; Peacefully at the Eden House Care Facility, Guelph on Saturday, October 18, 2008. Marie Fisher in her 89th year, was the beloved wife of the late Gordon Armstrong (1969). Dear mother of Bob Armstrong and his wife Millie of Campbellville. Loving grandmother of Chris Armstrong and his wife Janine of Moffat. Cherished sister of Marion Shantz and her husband Hugh of Fergus. Survived by longtime friends Karen and Doug McDougall. Predeceased by her son Alex ("Sandy") and her grandson Shawn. Arrangements entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph. Cremation has taken place. A Graveside Service was held on Friday, October 24, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Greenfield Cemetery, Arthur
