Finch, Heather June (nee Black)

Finch, Heather June (nee Black) (1957-2013). In her 57th year passed suddenly on August 1st, 2013. Beloved wife for 36 years to Terry Finch.  Loving mother of Tamara Pearl (Mark) of Elora and Skyler Finch (Jessica) also of Elora. Dear sister to Thomas Black of Big Lake Minnesota. The best  “Bamma” of Connor, Chace and Cohen Pearl and Logan Finch of Cambridge. Pre-deceased by her parents Lloyd Black of Alberta and Valerie Black of Saskatchewan. Heather was a permanent fixture at the Centre Wellington Sportsplex administration desk where she made many friends in the community over the years. Heather’s passions were sharing in the day to day lives of her 4 grandchildren and spending riding time on the road with Terry and her friends. She was a self proclaimed “Weekend Warrior” looking for open road and sunny skies. Visitation will be held at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street South, Fergus on Thursday, August 8th, 2013 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.  A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home chapel on Friday, August 9th, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Donations can be made in her name to Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides.
