Finance strategist at fundraiser
The East Wellington Chamber of Commerce has announced its first dinner speaker event.
It is on April 18, from 6 to 10pm at the Rockmosa Community Centre, 74 Christie Street, in Rockwood.
One of Canada’s leading and respected authorities on personal finance, Patricia Lovett-Reid, will be the dinner speaker. The senior vice-president of TD Waterhouse Canada Inc., will be speaking on Strategies for a Rich Life and a Richer Retirement. Tickets are $50 for members and $60 for non-members. Partial proceeds go Megan’s Walk, a registered charity that helps families of children with brain cancer.
