Festival organizers seek performers
A new festival here is seeking performers and has called auditions.
Sensational Elora: A Festival of the Senses, a new 11 day fall festival is seeking exceptional talent for various events throughout the festival.
Open auditions will be held on July 5 from 1 to 5pm at Veterans Hall in the lower level of the municipal building in McDonald Square in Elora.
Organizers are seeking musicians (solo and groups), singers (solo or groups), dancers, jugglers, magicians, or any other acts to delight and amuse an audience.
Judges will be selecting talent to perform at the Celebration of the Senses (a gala evening), The Sensational Soup Off (to be held on Thanksgiving Day) as well as at the Elora Farmers’ Market and other events to be held over the course of the festival.
